Short vapor phase film, high cooling rate, and faster low-temperature cooling. Low viscosity reduces oil carryover during use; a slightly lower flash point limits the operating temperature. Provides higher hardenability and depth, reduces part distortion during quenching, and preserves surface brightness. Excellent thermal stability and long service life ensure consistent quenching quality. Suitable for heating quenching, carburizing, or nitrocarburizing of large parts in the automotive industry, fastener manufacturing, bearings, mining equipment, metallurgical equipment, and the tool/die industry. Also applicable for quenching medium-carbon steel and other alloy steels.
