High-Speed Quenching Oil
Delivers fast cooling and excellent hardenability, reduces workpiece distortion and maintains surface brightness, while offering outstanding thermal stability and long service life.
Product Description
Short vapor film phase, high cooling rate, and faster low-temperature cooling. Low viscosity reduces oil drag-out during use; slightly lower flash point limits operating temperature. Offers stronger hardening power and depth, reduces workpiece quenching distortion, and maintains surface brightness. Excellent thermal stability and long service life ensure consistent quenching quality. Suitable for heating quenching, carburizing, or carbonitriding of large parts in automotive, fasteners, bearings, mining machinery, metallurgical equipment, and tool/die industries. Also applicable for medium-carbon steel and other alloy steel quenching.
- Short vapor film phase, high cooling speed
- Faster low-temperature cooling rate, low viscosity
- Higher hardenability and quenching performance
- Good thermal stability, long service life
