Product Description

Short vapor film phase, high cooling speed, faster low-temperature cooling. Low viscosity reduces oil carryover; slightly lower flash point limits operating temperature. Provides stronger hardening and deeper penetration, reduces quenching distortion, and maintains workpiece brightness. Excellent thermal stability and long service life ensure consistent quenching quality. Mainly suitable for medium to large workpieces, including carburizing of large-module gears, integral hardening, and spring quenching.
