Product Description

Steam cylinder oil offers strong adhesion and resists condensation wash-off. It provides effective lubrication and sealing under specified steam pressure and temperature. Low evaporation under high-temperature steam prevents dry friction due to lubrication failure. Good thermal stability reduces carbon deposit formation from thermal decomposition, minimizing mechanical wear and airway blockage in steam engines.

  • Mainly used for steam engines, steamships, steam pumps, steam hammers
  • Direct cylinder lubrication in contact with steam
  • Grade 24 is suitable for steam pressure up to 1600 kPa and steam temperature ranging from 150°C to 200°C
  • Grade 38 is suitable for steam pressure up to 2940 kPa and steam temperature ranging from 200°C to 300°C
